Acquest endeavors to become a strategic partner with our customers rather than a vendor. We strive to provide the service, expertise and the willingness to implement new ideas and strategies that builds long term relationships between our customers, the sellers, buyers and borrowers and ourselves.

We set out to deliver the best service and experience to a part of the real estate closing sometimes forgotten by title companies, lenders and other parties to the transaction, namely the sellers, buyers and borrowers. Acquest has built its closing services department to be as flexible as possible to the needs and requirements of all parties involved in a transaction, by having remote, after hours and weekend closings available we are able to provide our services with as little disruption of people's lives and businesses as possible. Residential borrowers will no longer need to lose a day at work or drive to a closing location for a simple refinance; commercial borrowers need not leave their place of business; lenders can close in their office to help solidify their relationship with their borrowers. Purchase transactions can be held in an attorney's office, lenders office our one of Acquest Title's available locations.
